Dogs search the banks, while a shallow water airboat works the river

NARROWSBURG – State Police continued their search for a Staten Island woman who was last seen on Wednesday night, October 28 when she was visiting family in Narrowsburg.

Gail Greico-Weishoff’s purse was later found along the Delaware River.

On Wednesday, State Police K-9 units, aviation and a scuba unit searched several locations in Narrowsburg and points downstream on the Delaware.

The Town of Tusten Highway Department assisted in the investigation with earth moving equipment to move brush along the riverbank at Second Avenue.            

The National Park Service is also assisting in the investigation.
