Sullivan bank robbed

CALLICOON – The First National Bank of Jeffersonville branch in Callicoon was robbed late Wednesday afternoon, authorities said.

The branch, at 4499 Route 17B, was held up at around 4:45 p.m. State Police have established roadblocks as they look for the getaway light blue Grand Am with two men and a partial license plate: LY88.

The car was last seen heading toward Hortonville.

Sullivan County Sheriff’s deputies are assisting in the investigation.
