SAUGERTIES – Town Police in Saugerties are looking for a level two sex offender who failed to report to his new address.

Police said William Babcock, 31, had a last known address of 14 Benny Lane in Ruby but moved last month and did not notify the police as he must by law.

He is a medium level sex offender and is not considered a sexual predator, police said.
