Ulster man charged with selling sports cards in Internet and failing to deliver

KINGSTON – The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office has charged a Napanoch man with taking money for sports cards through orders from his website and failing to deliver the products.

Lawrence Rosselli of Napanoch is alleged to have taken orders for baseball and football cards from six out-of-state people and failed to deliver the cards.  He was charged with four counts of felony grand larceny, scheme to defraud in the first degree as a felony, and three counts of petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Rosselli was arraigned and released to appear in Wawarsing Town Court at a later date.
