Ulster man charged with operating marijuana grow operation

KERHONKSON – A Kerhonkson man has been charged with operating a marijuana growing operation from a residence in the Town of Rochester.

State Police at Wawarsing charged Joseph Clark, 25, of 2030 Berme Road in Kerhonkson with criminal possession of marijuana in the third degree, a felony, and unlawful growing of cannabis, a misdemeanor.

The investigation revealed that Clark had 28 marijuana plants and was growing marijuana in his home. Additional marijuana and drug paraphernalia were also seized in the house.

Clark was released pending a future court appearance.
