| Sullivan, Orange rescuers aid in Pike County search |
|
PALMYRA TWP, PA – Members of the Sullivan County, NY dive team have joined in the search for a man reported missing in Lake Wallenpaupack in Pennsylvania. The search, in its third day, is looking for a 45-year-old man who got out of a family boat for a swim on Saturday morning and has not been seen since. The Sullivan dive team, comprised of members of area fire departments, joined in the search on Monday. Also on the scene was a rescue boat from Port Jervis. The search has been hampered by deep murky water and still-standing underwater trees. Authorities have not released the identity of the missing man. |
