Four teens arrested at mattress warehouse

NEWBURGH – City Police in Newburgh early Thursday morning arrested four teenagers after they were caught burglarizing Resnick’s Mattress warehouse.

Officers responded to a call the facility was being burglarized shortly after 3 a.m.

They found a garage door that had been forced open and found the four carrying items down a flight of stairs. When ordered to surrender, they dropped the items and fled out a side door.

Other officers outside caught them after a brief foot pursuit.

Charged with third-degree burglary were Andrew Cintron, Brant Grier, and Montel Williams, all 16 and Kristy Mead, 19, all from Newburgh.
