Maryann Wagoner, 33, of Old Maple Lane in Niverville, was arrested by State Police at Schodack following an investigation by the Insurance Department's Frauds Bureau.

Wagoner is accused of failing to notify American International Group Insurance Co. that her sister had died in March 2007.
