Felony pot possession arrest in Ulster County
NEW PALTZ – A Tillson man was arrested in New Paltz on a felony charge of third degree criminal possession of marijuana. Alexander Damico, 24, who also has an address on Staten Island, was stopped by Town of New Paltz Police and the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office K-9 unit.
Damico was found to be in possession of over eight ounces of marijuana. He was released pending a court appearance.
