GOSHEN – A Newburgh teen, who pled guilty to stabbing a Beacon man to death when he came to Newburgh to buy drugs, was sentenced to 19 years to life in Orange County on Wednesday.

David Delaine, also known as “Banga”, pled guilty to second-degree murder admitted that he stabbed Jason Black, 31, several times during a robbery attempt on November 7, 2008.

His two codefendants, Donnie Smith, also known as “D-Money” and Davon Williams, also known as “Butter” are awaiting sentence on charges of robbery in the first degree.
