ROCK HILL – Route 17 westbound was shut down late Tuesday afternoon when a state police car and a tractor-trailer truck collided just east of exit 113, authorities said.

There were no injuries reported. It appears the truck jackknifed, according to an official.

Westbound traffic was being diverted at exit 114 as first responders attend to the situation.
