| Cardiac arrest factor in Wallkill fatal |

WALLKILL – A Montgomery man was pronounced dead at Orange Regional Medical Center’s Horton campus in Middletown after his car ran off Route 211 just east of Goshen Turnpike in the Town of Wallkill, Police Chief Robert Hertman said. The accident occurred shortly before 11 a.m. on Tuesday when Anthony Pangia’s car ran off the roadway. Hertman said Pangia, 65, was found to be in cardiac arrest. There were no other injuries and minimal property damage, he said. The cause of death is under investigation. |
