Hein completes staff with four appointees

KINGSTON – Ulster County Executive Michael Hein Wednesday announced the appointment of three assistant deputies to the Executive’s Office, as well as a deputy director for Economic Development in the Planning Department. 

“These appointments represent a strong commitment to quality government for the people of Ulster Country,” he said.

Named assistant deputy county executive are Suzanne Holt, an attorney and resident of New Paltz;  Vincent Martello, who most recently served as supervisor of the Town of Marbletown; and Susan Plonski, an attorney and Tillson resident.

Hein also named March Gallagher, an attorney from Woodstock, as deputy director for economic development and planning.  Gallagher is the former chairperson of the Industrial Development Agency.
