PLATTEKILL – The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the accidental electrocution of an individual in Plattekill Friday afternoon.

The incident occurred at a Cotter Road address where a person reportedly came in contact with live wire.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by a medical examiner.
