Second person on crashed plane dies

WAPPINGER – A Westchester County man, who was a passenger in a single-engine plane that crashed in a wooded area near Dutchess County Airport in Wappinger, died at Westchester Medical Center.  Daniel Bisk, 53, of Pleasantville, died Tuesday.

Bisk was a passenger on a small plane being piloted on November 22 by Amir Tirosh, 52, of Bedford Hills. Tirosh died on impact when the place crashed.

The two men were en route from Orange County Airport in Montgomery to Danbury when they developed engine trouble and were diverted by the FAA to Dutchess County Airport.
