HUNTER – Divers recovered the body of a missing teen, from North South Lake, Friday. 

Ryan Barrett, 14, of Lindenhurst, was reported missing late Thursday, by his parents, who described him as autistic.  The boy disappeared shortly after the family arrived at the camp.

An initial foot search turned up nothing.  The search was expanded to include several local units and state police, including a helicopter. 

Divers eventually found Barrett’s body in the lake. 

An autopsy will be performed.  Foul play is not suspected.
